We share a lot of resources on design tools for non-developers, but today is for those of you dabbling in development.
For the wonks and coders among you who are excited about things you can do with D3 in your viz work, the beta version of rough.js launched mid-February and looks neat! The platform lets you give computer generated graphics a "handsketched" look and feel.
The big picture details: "This is a light weight, stand-alone Canvas based library that lets you draw in a sketchy, hand-drawn-like, style. The library defines primitives to draw lines, curves, arcs, polygons, circles, and ellipses. It also supports drawing SVG paths."
Anyone using this in their work? Would love to see your examples!
